At nextoneleather@live.co.uk you can shop for the products you want quickly ancd conveniently with our useful tools including shop by brand, colour and size as well as by our search facility and categories.


Once you've clicked on an item(s) to buy, they will add to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping you should proceed to the online checkout to complete your order.


Once you have completed your order you will receive the following communication:

* On screen order summary - We recommend you print this summary for your records.
* Order Confirmation email - We have received your order
* Order Acknowledgement email - We have received your order and that it is currently being processed. Payment is taken at this point after security checks have been made.

Delivery Information

All orders will be sent to you via Royal Mail. Your order can be free delivered to any UK address via Royal Mail. We do delivery to overseas but our courier delivery service will take longer due to volume of postal traffic. All items will be dispatched on the working day (Monday to Friday) following the receipt of your order. If we do not have size in stock what you have ordered, it will re-order and arrive up till 14 days.


Delivery Charges are

Delivery to UK  :  FREE
Delivery to Europe  :  £15.00 per order
Delivery to outside Europe  :  £25.00 per order
Returns and Refunds

We have a no fuss refund and exchange policy. If you decide that you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, we will refund you the price of the garment or send you a replacement. The only thing we ask is that the garment be returned it in the same condition as it was purchased, with all the original tags attached within 21 days.



Unless the item was found to be faulty or not what you ordered, any refund amount will be less the delivery charge on your order. Exchanges are subject to a delivery charge.



If you require a refund then we will try to process it on the day we receive the item from you. Please note it may take up to a week for the money to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

Your goods will be dispatched once your payment has been authorised. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.


Procedure to Return the Product(s)



Complete the following steps to return a product:


For UnRegistered Users :

For unregistered users if you want to return a product just send a return mail to orders@nextoneleather.com


For Registered Users :

		Step 1: You must request a Product Return
		
		    * Log into "LOGIN" Page (the "LOGIN" link is located at the top of Right side in every page).
		    * Click on the "My Account" (the "My Account" link is located at the top of every page).
		    * Click on the "Transaction History" Button located on the Right side.
		    * Select any completed Order and Click on the "View" button located on the Right side.
		    * Select the item you want to return and Click on the "Request Return" button located at the Top of Right side.
		    * Select the return reason, request response for the selected items along with from address.
		    * Click on the "Return Selected Item(s)" located on  Right side button.
		    * Administrators will create the return, until unless the message will display as "Request return pending message" for the request return item.
		
		Step 2: we process your request
		
		    * We'll notify you via e-mail once we have received your request to return product(s). In most of cases, you should receive the return status e-mail within a week.
		
		Step 3: we proceed to the refund of your payment
		
		    * We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
		       We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment as far as possible.
